Why the title "Love Your Anger"
Updated: Jun 25, 2019
I am sure at least some of you are wondering why I named my blog ‘“Love Your Anger”. No, I’m not saying that you have to love being angry. Over the past few months I’ve been reading up on Thich Nhat Hanh. If you don’t know already, he’s the amazing man that founded the buddhist community Plum Village. He taught me many things. One of them was to take good care of your emotions. Now when I say to love your anger, I mean to care for it, cherish it, show it kindness, love it, then let it go. It may not feel that simple at first. But hopefully you will follow me in this journey to love your emotions.
