Also you’ll see little journal entries here and there. As well as a “Quote of the Day”. Basically you will be following my journey and hopefully learning how with me along the way. I will opening except any tips or ideas you may have for me. So please be patient with me, and enjoy the ride.

A Bit About Me

Over the years, I've noticed many things. There's always been one thing underlying all my "Problems". Anger. I've been angry for almost no real reason for so long. I finally decided enough was enough, and am now working on my anger in a more loving manner.
